Agistri is located at the heart of the Saronic Gulf. It can be easily reached from Piraeus by Flying Dolphin hydrofoil in one hour and by the ferry boat in around 1.5 hours.
Agistri is well know for its safe clean beaches and is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and other water sports. The whole island is naturally pine forested, so its a must for walkers and trekkers.
Skala, the main tourist centre has a good variety of bars, tavernas and restaurants to suit all tastes. The traditional villages of Milos (Megalochori) and Limenaria are also well worth exploring during your stay. Agistri is also ideally placed for island hopping, as the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses can be easily reached via our neighbouring island of Aegina.
You can also take a day trip to Athens and be back to see the sun setting over the Peloponnese.
